Three Dimensional Life is governed by an independent Board of Directors. Our Board is made up of business & community leaders. The Directors sacrifice their time, energy, & resources to make sure that Three Dimensional Life remains on an upward trajectory. The Board also ensures that 3D stewards our many gifts with the utmost care.


Eric Chini - Chairman

Vice President

Rochester & Associates

Eric M. Chini is a Vice President for Rochester & Associates, Inc. in Gainesville, Ga. Mr. Chini is a registered Professional Engineer with over 23 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering field. He is a graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree. Eric is actively involved with volunteering on the Bridge Team at his church.

During his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and kids as well as playing tennis, hiking, and watching football. He and his family currently attend Browns Bridge Church in Cumming, GA.


Brian Bailey - Vice Chair

Major Gifts Officer

NGHS Medical Center Foundation

Brian Bailey joined the NGHS Medical Center Foundation team as a  Major Gifts Officer in 2013. He is responsible for developing  & cultivating relationships with current and potential donor partners  throughout Northeast Georgia. Brian most recently worked for the American Red Cross of  Metropolitan Atlanta. His background includes  time with the Boy Scouts of America, where he established himself as a  successful fundraiser & volunteer manager.

Originally from Conyers, GA, Brian is a graduate of Salem High  School and the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He  currently lives in north Hall County with his wife Savannah and their  dog Maddie. He enjoys golfing, camping, hiking, & kayaking.


Ricky Martin - Treasurer

Growing up in a family known for serving our community, Ricky Martin has continued the legacy through 10 years of service to the board of Three Dimensional Life.  Ricky also consistently serves and gives to many organizations through Milton Martin Toyota sponsorships.

A Gainesville native, Ricky Martin is the co-owner of Milton Martin Toyota a 3rd Generation family owned and operated dealership since 1961. Having worked in multiple areas of the dealership, Ricky’s expertise in inventory, auctions and appraisals has been a bedrock to the business. Ricky and his wife Cindy are active members at Free Chapel - Gainesville where Ricky serves as an usher.  They have 5 children and 2 grandchildren with more expected in the future.


Rustin Smith

Stewart, Melvin, & Frost

Gainesville native Rustin L. Smith is a partner at Stewart, Melvin, & Frost. He has argued cases as lead counsel before the Georgia Supreme Court, Superior Court, State Court, Magistrate Court, and Department of Labor Appeals Tribunal.

Devoted to his hometown, Mr. Smith completed the Chamber’s Leadership Hall County program, was elected Jaycee of the Year, and served on the boards of the Gainesville Jaycees and the Georgia Jaycees. He currently serves on the boards of Family Promise of Hall County and Three Dimensional Life. Mr. Smith recently completed the 2016 Leadership Academy for the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar. He and his family are members of Free Chapel - Gainesville.


Bill Eubanks

Director of Programs

No Longer Bound

Bill Eubanks serves as the Director of Programs for No Longer Bound. He oversees the programs of Regeneration, Internship, Family Recovery and Community Classes. Bill has a heart for the men at No Longer Bound, as he walked in their shoes. He led a life filled with addiction until his regeneration at the age of 44. Bill is gratified daily in his role as he sees lives saved through the grace of God.

Bill and his wife, Kelly, live in Tate, GA. They have two adult children and a son-in-law. Daughter Katie and her husband Matthew live in Birmingham AL. Bill & Kelly’s son Will lives in Jasper GA. Bill and Kelly were blessed with a precious grandchild, Teddy, in August 2015. Bill enjoys serving his church, family, golf, reading, & being a grandparent.


Matt Waters

Personal Banker

Matt Waters is a Personal Banker at United Community Bank in Gainesville, GA. He is a graduate of the  University of North Georgia, with a B.B.A. in Marketing. Matt completed the Chamber Leadership Hall  County program in 2016 and has also been actively involved in church leadership, having served  previously as Youth Pastor and Worship Pastor. Matt joined the Three Dimensional Life Board of Directors in 2016.

During his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and son as well as hunting, fishing, and  golf. He and his family currently attend 12Stone Church in Flowery Branch, GA.


Bob Kopesky

Technology Consultant

Technology Integration Group

Bob has been in the IT industry for over 18 years.. Bob’s responsibilities include the revenue of  a customer base that generates $27 Million in sales to Technology Integration Group. His focus is to protect the customer base, grow with customers and increased revenue, and Acquire new accounts. Bob’s experience in providing technology solutions encompass many areas of hardware and software technology solutions. This invaluable experience gives Bob a unique add to the organization in the way of tactical marketing and grass roots expertise to drive fund raising and overall exposure to Three Dimensional Life.

Bob and his wife live in Flowery Branch, GA. They have two older daughters Autumn 21 and Julianne 17 as well as two young children Jessie 6 and William 2. Bob and his wife are excited about the future of the Three Dimensional Life organization and the many great things in the works for the future.


Greg Brooks

Former Executive Director

Greg has lived in North Georgia for more than 15 years serving in a variety of roles in the non-profit sphere from Associate Pastor to Executive Director. He led Three Dimensional Life as Executive Director for five years. He also served under the leadership of Jentezen Franklin at Free Chapel Church in Gainesville. Greg also worked under John Maxwell at EQUIP Leadership in Duluth, GA.

Greg has served on a number of boards and committees throughout Hall County as a graduate of Leadership Hall. He has extensive experience in relationship building, friend raising and organizational leadership. He currently serves at the Director of Business Development with the Wesleyan Investment Foundation. Greg is most proud of his family; he and his wife have six incredible kids. Together, they spend as much time as they can investing in their family. Greg and Lauren make their home in Braselton, Georgia.


Ryan Gerrald


Ace Comfort Heating & Air

Ryan is originally from south Georgia. After losing a close friend and his father to addiction, Ryan moved to Gainesville to seek treatment for his own addiction. Through treatment, Ryan was set from from a life addiction through the love, grace and mercies of his Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

Ryan is currently the owner of Ace Comfort, a HVAC company. He is thankful that the Lord has allowed him to open multiple businesses in Hall County. He is able to provide his employees with a safe, drug-free, & spiritually centered environment. Ryan is continually blown away by all of the blessings the Lord has given him. He has a passion to help others be set free from addiction & to experience God's love and grace.



Jay Parrish

Deputy Chief

Gainesville Police Department

Jay Parrish is a lifelong resident of Hall County, where he resides with his wife Katie and two children, Grayson (13) and Wyatt (7). He is a 1995 graduate of North Hall High School. He graduated from North Georgia College and State University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He honorably served six years in the United States Marine Corp Reserve. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute Management Development Program. He is a graduate of the 260th session of the FBI National Academy. He currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Police for the Gainesville Police Department where he has been employed as a police officer for 18 years.

Jay has a deep understanding of the issues and heartaches caused by drug use. He see the effects of drug abuse in his daily task at the police department, as well as, having family members that struggle from addiction.
